Hello! I am Mizuo, manager of Sabanzai.
Yesterday, I stopped by an exhibition held by Iinuma Honke—a shop famous for its Kōshi rice cakes—in Shisui, Chiba Prefecture!
I sampled a variety of sake, including regular varieties, seasonal sake, fruit-flavored sake, and sake scheduled for release soon.
Can you believe it? I actually received some blueberry syrup made from blueberries grown on their own farm as a souvenir!
We’d like to share a little something with everyone who visits, so please ask for a soda with syrup when you stop by.
